Product Questions

I'm just as excited as you are for you to receive your new manga product, rest assured, your order will be well wrapped up for the shipping journey!

Your special item will be folded up delicately in tissue paper, followed by my special seal of approval sticker! I want everyone to feel that their delivery is special, even if it's just a gift to yourself!

Unfortunately, as of now, all products come packaged in non-branded mailing packaging.

However, as Molly's Manga Designs grows, I will be able to transition to branded mailing packaging so you'll always know exactly what item has turned up at your door.

I'm really sorry that you missed out on your new favourite item.
Don't worry though, I continuously restock all my products.

You can find out exactly when I restock the item by following the steps below:

Step 1) Using the websites navigation, navigate to the out-of-stock item you want.

Step 2) On the item page, enter your email address in the email notification box located near the 'Add to Cart' button. (Don't forget to press 'Submit'!)




And that's it!



You will then be notified when the item comes back-in-stock so you can complete your purchase!

Alternatively, you can contact me by e-mail at molly@mollymangadesigns.com about your item and I will let you know when it becomes available again.

My clothing designs feature multiple sizes ranging from Adult size S - 3XL.
Currently, I do not offer Kids sizes.
However, you can enquire about this by contacting my e-mail at molly@mollymangadesigns.com

with the subject in the email being "Kids Sizes Enquiry"

Finally, it is time to wash your favourite products.

Don't know how? Simply follow the care instructions on the inner-tag of your clothing item.

The care instructions can also be found below for your convenience:

-- Hand or machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

-- Hang-dry is always preferred to preserve clothing life. If you MUST tumble dry, please use the low setting.

-- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron design.

-- Do not dry clean.



Regardless of the above, if you want to preserve the softness and extend the clothing's life for as long as possible, we recommend simply hand washing it in cold water and hang-drying.

Absolutely! Our Greetings Cards are made of premium 350GSM silk card, which is a luxury material that ensures a special and lasting impression for any occasion. We offer a wide range of cards that are all designed by me to be sure to catch your eye. So, whether you're looking for a birthday card, a thank you card, or just a little something to let someone know you're thinking of them, you can trust that our cards will meet your high expectations.

I currently have stock of Silk & Satin cards which will be given out at random till I have a re-stock. From then on, I will only be offering 350GSM Silk Greetings Cards.

I'm afraid to say that at the moment, our products are not available in local stores, but we'd love to change that!

Yes! It truly is amazing to say that my dream of having my own manga series has finally come true!
It's been quite a journey - it took me over four years to write everything and now in process of illustrating everything myself too! I started with my book series Destiny Heart and from there, the designs for my other products just seemed to fall into place. And now, here I am with my own brand - Molly's Manga Designs!
It's been a lot of hard work, but I couldn't be happier with where it's taken me.

Sometimes we sell out of stock before the next re-stock arrives. In this case, we offer pre-orders for the products before they arrive.

When we know the arrival date, we update the product name with a date in brackets.

All orders will be shipped on that specified date, ensuring customers receive their desired product. This allows customers to reserve and guarantee the availability of their new favourite product.

Shipping and Delivery

Once your order is placed, and then confirmed, we will carefully pick and pack your new favourite item as if it's our own order. Due to constant demand, please allow us up to 72 hours to get your order fully prepared for delivery. All orders are sent when all items are ready in full - this means that if you have a pre-order item in your order, all items will wait until the pre-order item becomes available. Only then will your order be sent out.

We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries here in the UK, however there will be times where we will also use DPD as an alternative shipping method due to the ongoing shipping delays and backlogs in the UK. Please do note that if you are located outside of mainland UK including but not limited to the Channel Islands, your country may expect you to pay the duty fees required to import your order into your country - a fee that might be placed on delivery by your country's government. We recommend contacting your country's government for relevant information regarding potential import fees.

You can expect your order to be delivered within 2-8 business days after shipping confirmation in the UK mainland depending on your shipping option. When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number attached. Should the unexpected happen and you do not receive this e-mail within 24 hours (can go as long as 72 hours due to other orders), please contact us immediately by e-mailing us over at molly@mollymangadesigns.com and quote your order number.

Please don't panic if there are no tracking events within the first 24 hours of leaving us - the systems on both our end and the shipping couriers end can take a day or so to catch up.

As most are aware, the UK postal service is experiencing huge delays and disruptions due to the increasing number of parcels, missed deliveries and continuous strikes over at Royal Mail. Although this is a third party company completely non-affiliated with us, we understand this has heavily impacted our customer's orders and the timeframe in which these orders are being delivered. We are taking all possible steps to work through these delays, but sadly this is outside our control. To lessen the impact, we are using other courier services where possible however we are seeing delays with other couriers due to their increased demand. We want to assure you that your order will still get to you safely, there may just be a delay in its arrival.

Yes! Whilst Molly's Manga Designs started in the UK, we have fans from all corners of the globe.
Our main international customers are located in USA & Canada.
If for any reason you cannot check-out for your country, please send us an e-mail over at molly@mollymangadesigns.com for assistance.

Be sure to include "CAN'T SHIP TO MY COUNTRY" in the subject line so I can get back to you as soon as possible

After we hand your special order to the shipping courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will also have a ‘Tracking Number’ link attached to it. This will take you directly to the couriers website so you can follow the live tracking updates to see where your order is!

Not received your shipping confirmation email yet? Your order might be on pre-order, which would of been confirmed on the product page at time of purchase. Be sure to check your original order confirmation as you won’t receive a shipping confirmation email until that pre-order date.

Still waiting for your order? Please don't panic, although we quote a shipping time from our couriers at the checkout, sometimes life happens and the delivery couriers aren’t able to deliver within the timeframe. If this is the case, your tracking number may update to advise of a ‘delayed’ delivery date.

If your order still hasn’t been delivered within the given delivery- time, please contact us and we can start to investigate.

*Gentle Note*: Once we pass your order to the shipping courier, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are infuriating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues will need to be investigated by the courier. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues.

Rest assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.

Uh-oh, typo error! We completely understand and we're here to help. We can change the address for you on our end provided that your order has not left us and gone into the hands of the shipping courier. Simply send us over the new-
(...and hopefully correct?) shipping details and we'll get this changed over for you.

*Gentle Note*: We are only able to send your order to the address you provided on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package has been unfortunately delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please be careful and double-check that the address you provide to us is correct!

Returns and Exchanges

Apologies, Time for the boring old legal stuff! However, please take a minute to have a read of our return policy. We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of your delivery. (when you receive your order.)

However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:

1) Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.

2. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.
This includes any attached swing tags and cellophane wrappers.

You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item(s) prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.

*NOTICE*: We do not accept returns for any clothing items due to health and hygiene reasons. However, if you are wanting to return the items due to the following reasons: misprinted/damaged/defective then please feel free to contact us to resolve the issue.

Yes, returns will be covered by you (the customer) at your own expense if there isn't a valid reason for return.

However, if your order has arrived damaged, you will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your damaged item(s). Once we have received confirmation of damages, we will process your return and provide you with a free returns shipping label that we are happy to organise for you.

Ordered a product yet another one caught your eye? We understand! You can certainly return your product to us for an exchange to a new product, provided it is of the same cost and is returned within 30 days.

*Please note: products must be returned in as new condition, with the swing tag (if originally present) and cellophane wrapped to be eligible for a return.

You've been meaning to return your order but life gets in the way – and continues to get in the way!
We've been there and completely understand.
We are happy to help you with this, and offer a 30 day return period for you to make that tough decision!

We’re sad that you didn't love the product(s)! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming that this has been processed from our end. In the UK, it will take on average 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If your order is an international order, this may take longer. We would recommend contacting your bank regardless of location for more information regarding this.

Unfortunately, we understand that sometimes our products are just not quite the right thing someone is looking for. You can certainly return your order to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 30 days.

*Gentle Note*: all products must be returned in as new condition, with the swing tag attached (if present) and in the original sealed cellophane wrapper (if present) to be eligible for a return.

*Advisory*: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.

We are constantly working hard behind the scenes of Molly's Manga Designs to get your favourite products in and out of our office. We strongly encourage everyone to send through a photo of your receipt from the postal office as proof that your return has been logged and on-it's-way! As soon as we have this key bit of information, we can start either your exchange or refund immediately!

If you forget to grab this receipt, we will just need to wait until your order gets back to our office before we can proceed to the next step.

Payment

We totally understand this query, everyone should take the right steps to prevent any malicious activity to ever occur.
Privacy and Security at Molly's Manga Designs is our highest priority. We use a payment processing method called Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

As Molly's Manga Designs started and resides in the UK, all pricing will be originally listed in Great British Pound (GBP).

But what does this mean to International customers outside of the UK?

All pricing starts off in Great British Pound (GBP) and then gets converted to the local currency of your country.
This allows everyone to get their new favourite products regardless of what currency you use!

We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we also offer Google-Pay and Apple-Pay too!

Woo-hoo!, your favourite item is on sale! - Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout, there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click the ‘Apply’ button!

This is offered before the payment page so you’ll be aware of how much money you are saving.

*Gentle Note*: Only one discount code can be used per order. If you are purchasing multiple bundles and discounts, we suggest placing separate orders. Strikethrough prices may consider the discount code mentioned in the description. Please check email offers for which items the code is applicable for (eg. single product orders only).

I answer e-mails from all across the seas, so sometimes there can be slight delays in response time. We at Molly's Manga Designs are only human, so please be patient whilst we work as quickly as possible to get back to you. We promise we won’t leave you on the dreadful ‘read’ status!

Please email us immediately with the subject line 'CANCEL' and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request.
If it has already been dispatched from our office, you will need to go through our returns process.
As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we possibly can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
